Green Goddess Roasted Turkey SandwichIngredients:
- For the sandwich:
- quality multi-grain bread, sliced
- roasted turkey, sliced
- alfalfa sprouts
- baby spinach
- avocado, peeled, pitted & sliced
- brie, sliced
- green goddess dressing
- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 20 fresh chives
- 10 medium/large basil leaves
- 8 tarragon sprigs
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor, blend until smooth and incorporated.
- Assemble sandwich using two slices of bread and desired quantities of turkey, sprouts, spinach, avocado, brie and green goddess dressing.
- Devour immediately.
